THE DOWN ASSOCIATION OF CANADA is a non-profit organization with a mandate to educate the public, monitor the industry, and support quality standards.

Our Mandate is:

1. To educate the public about down and feather products.
   
   
2. To monitor the marketplace in order to alert the appropriate government agencies to any mislabeled or misleading products or advertising.
   
   
3. To work with government agencies to enhance the quality of the down industry.
   
   
4. To promote the use of down and feather products made by our members.
   
   
5. To work to enhance the industry through providing information to Down Association of Canada members.
